April Garcia, recently known as Motown Mami, is the founder of an all-lady vinyl DJ collective. As a Latina woman, Stephany Medina wanted to change the narrative around who you would normally see DJ your favorite dance party. She aims to bring her Tennessee community together through art, music and activism.
