Downtown Memphis 3-Hour for $5 Parking Deal

Visitors and locals exploring Downtown Memphis this June can take advantage of a special parking promotion: park for up to three hours for just $5 at select garages and lots.

This summer deal, running from June 1 through August 31, 2025, is available Sunday through Thursday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., making it ideal for lunchtime outings, shopping trips, or midday meetings. 

How to Access the $5 Rate 

To activate the discounted rate, parkers must use one of Premium Parking’s digital payment methods: the Premium Parking app, website, CameraPay (by scanning the QR code at the parking location), or TextPay (following on-site instructions). Note that this promotion is not available at traditional payment kiosks.

The $5 parking rate is available at the following Downtown Memphis locations:

  • Peabody Place Garage – 250 Peabody Place 
  • First Park Place – 21 S. Second Street 
  • Mobility Center – 60 Beale Street 
  • Gayoso Garage – 106 Gayoso Avenue 
  • Shoppers Garage – 85 N. Front Street 
  • Huling Lot – 395 South Main Street 
  • Bakery Garage – 400 Monroe Avenue 
  • Gus Lot – 317 South Front Street 
  • Sterick North Garage – 22 North B.B. King Boulevard 
  • Sterick East Lot – 220 Madison Avenue 

This promotion is a collaborative effort by the Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC), the Downtown Mobility Authority (DMA), Premium Parking, and other downtown partners, aiming to make downtown more accessible and encourage community engagement. 

Additional Information

  • Each vehicle is limited to one $5 rate per day. 
  • If you stay beyond the three-hour limit, you will receive a notification and can choose to extend your parking at the regular hourly rate, which varies by location. 
  • The $5 rate may not be available during major events or peak times; availability can change based on the event schedule.
