Cordelia’s Market Hosts Fall Movie Series

Cordelia’s Market will be hosting its first ever fall movie series this month. The Harbor Town grocery store will be showing a movie on the North Porch every other Friday and serving meals beginning at 6 p.m. There will also be hot chocolate and blankets to make for a cozy evening.

The series kicks off Friday, November 2 with a showing of Coco to celebrate Dia Des Los Muertos. There were also be authentic Mexican food for $14 a plate that includes a main course, sides, and a dessert. They will also be selling High Cotton Mexican Lager and Corona. Dinner is available starting at 6 p.m. and the movie begins at 6:30.

On November 16, there will be a showing of The Goonies. As of right now, the plan is to serve will classic grilled cheese.

The series will wrap up November 30 with Jurassic Park. At this time the menu has not been announced, but it is likely to be good.

Cordelia’s Market has been open for over 20 years and has become part of what makes Harbor Town a unique part of Memphis. It is a specialty grocery store known for top quality food, produce, wines, beer and more. This series is a great way to get members of the community together for food and fun and is sure to be a great event this November.
