Cooper-Young Porchfest is Back for Year Three

The Cooper-Young Community Association (CYCA) is proud to present the third annual Porchfest!

On Saturday, April 15th, from noon to 6 PM, grab some friends and stroll through the historic neighborhood of Cooper-Young where an eclectic mix of bands will be posted up on neighborhood porches, playing for you as you walk the streets.

Porchfest is an ALL volunteer event, meaning the musicians bring music to your ears for FREE. So remember to bring cash tips or Venmo/Cashapp them to show your support.

Stop by the Cooper-Young Community Association booth near the Gazebo at the intersection of Cooper and Young for a full list and map of musicians playing throughout the neighborhood.

The Porchfest festivities don’t start and stop with music.

If you’re restless to get on the streets of Cooper-Young, the CYCA will be hosting a community yard sale that morning. This sets the day up for many community connections and endless fun!

While visiting Cooper-Young, don’t forget to pop into the bevy of delicious bars and restaurants.

Grab a drink from Memphis Made, a pick-me-up espresso martini from Alchemy, or some mozzarella sticks from Young Avenue Deli.

Cap off the evening with a parking lot dance party at Young Avenue Sound! Food and beverages will be available for purchase from the Memphis Whistle

Ring in spring by celebrating the grassroots artists that make Memphis, Memphis!
