In partnership with Church Health, Crosstown Arts resident artist Eric Clausen is bringing the “Stargazer Garden” to the West Atrium of Crosstown Concourse this fall and you’re invited to help by decorating and folding paper flowers to be used in the installation.

The “Garden” is the first installation of the ongoing “West Atrium Installation Project” series, which will be led by various Crosstown Arts resident artists.

Its mission is to integrate specific spatial and programmatic needs of Church Health into a collaborative, large-scale, art installation. Public participation in the project will take place during the summer of each year, with an opening celebration for the completed installation planned in the fall. Each installation will remain on display for nine months.

The flower-folding table is located in the West Atrium, behind the Church Health welcome desk. You’re welcome to stop by every Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm through October 20th.

Several pre-made, paper flower-based items will be made available for purchase at the table, all proceeds going to support Lifeworks, an independent arts and wellness initiative.
