Crosstown Concourse has a lot to offer for the many people who will be working in the building once it opens in 2017. Now, we’re getting to see what living in the building could look like as well. Parcels at Concourse launched its website this morning (Tuesday) with some new information. 4 different floors plans are available with studio apartments up to 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. There’s even some info about exactly what you can expect from the interior architecture.
Brick walls, exposed structure, concrete floors, and natural light are intrinsic to Parcels at Concourse. These characteristics, paired with found building relics, natural finishes, creative use of building materials, and thoughtful space planning, further enhance Parcels’ environment and ensure a uniquely textured lifestyle.
The Memphis Flyer is reporting prices will range from $854 for a studio plan to $2,484 for the largest 3 bedroom plan. The Commercial Appeal also reports that 20% (53 units) are available to low-income families and individuals.
Some other interesting details included in the amenities is news that a small grocery, coffee shop and roastery, bakery, pharmacy, barbershop, and several restaurants will be in the building. We know that one of those restaurants will be Kimbal Musk’s Kitchen Next Door. We don’t know yet who will operate the other amenities mentioned. Other amenities include the Crosstown Fitness Center, rooftop deck, V&E Greenline access, bike parking, pet-friendly, and Wi-Fi.
