Chef Kelly & Co.’s Test Kitchen features three courses, wine pairings, and an exclusive invitation to test out some new dishes that might just find their way onto the menu at Restaurant Iris or The Second Line in the future.

While nearly all the dates are sold out, you can join the waitlist to get a notification of an open seat for the date you choose. If you’re lucky enough to be selected, you only have an hour to claim your seat, so keep an eye out for those notifications.
Guests will dine in Iris Etc.’s catering kitchen and event space, one block away from the restaurant. The intimate setting allows for 24 guests at a time and promises a cozy, comfortable dining experience.
The menu won’t be posted ahead of time, and guests will show up and be surprised with three tasty courses straight from the minds of Chef Kelly and his team. Each week will feature a different sous chef whose expertise, experience, and background will influence the menu. Not only that, each course will be complimented with wine pairings that enhance the flavors found in the food.
