Celebrate Female-Identifying Musicians: Grrl Fest Round Two 5/12

For the second year, Allison Kasper is bringing women to the forefront of the Memphis music scene. Grrl Fest will honor these hard-working, female acts on May 12 at the Hi Tone Cafe.

Grrl Fest is a benefit show for the Southern Girls Rock Camp, and each musical act will feature at least one female-identifying performer.

Overall, the benefit show serves to uplift local women within the music scene. This year’s festival will feature the following:

Festivities will begin at 7pm and music will start promptly at 8pm. Tickets to the event are $15. The festival is 18 and up.

In addition to musical performances, the talents from NOTs will be spinning records throughout the night. The show will be separated into two rooms. The lineups are below:

Big Room:

  • Moon Glimmers 8:00 – 8:30
  • Crystal Shrine 8:45 – 9:15
  • SNACKS 9:30 – 10:00
  • Aquarian Blood 10:15 – 10:45
  • The Klitz 11:00 – Midnight
