Whether you’re looking for a Pilates power-hour, a chance to dance, or self-defense session, you’ve got a whole day to tend to your health and wellness with experts of all kinds.

Brought to you by James Lancaster, the owner of Deep River Fit, and Co-Founder and fitness expert Corey Strong, the Big River Fitness Festival is a collaborative effort created to meet you wherever you are at in your journey. From 9AM-4PM, prepare to be empowered by exercise enthusiasts whose skill sets are scattered across the board.

- 10:30AM – Kids Hour: Ryan Taylor and Shawandra Ford
- 11AM– Zumba with David Quarles
- 12PM– Family Self Defense with Josh Metcalf
- 1PM– Pilates with Ashleigh Hayes
- 2PM– Boxing/HIIT with Josh Nix
- 3PM – Power40 with Vivian Danis
- 4PM– Yoga with Candace Saulsberry
