Get ready for a rugged evening of cured pork and aged whiskey!

Jonathan Burlison of Pegasus Meats and 387 Pantry will host an evening of teaching the basics of curing meats, especially his secret to fabulous bacon. You can join in on the class at 387 Pantry on November 21 at 6:30 pm – 9 pm.

After learning the meat curing trade, you will be able to cure your own bacon at home to give out as gifts during the holidays. Class will start at 6:30 pm with a bourbon tasting and a discussion about the pairing of bourbon whiskey and cured pork. Each attendee will receive a pound of Pegasus bacon.

Tickets are extremely limited and you must get your tickets in advance. You can buy them at 387 Pantry or online.
