In a powerful step forward for housing equity and family support in Memphis, Hospitality Hub has officially broken ground on Hub North, a transformative new campus that will feature 60 single-family homes for families facing homelessness.
Located at 777 Fireside Avenue, on the former site of Manassas High School in the New Chicago neighborhood, this new development will restore dignity, create stability, and offer the kind of community-driven care that changes lives.

🏠 What Will Hub North Look Like?
60 modular, single-family homes (each ~630 sq. ft.)
A dedicated resource center for wraparound services
Common spaces for families to connect and recharge
On-site school pickup for children
An expected 4,000 individuals served annually, many of them children
From the outside, this will look like a neighborhood. But what’s really being built is a lifeline for parents and children who’ve been dealt an impossible hand and a community of care that many have never known before.
