Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris is casting out a bold challenge to families everywhere: take a kid fishing and watch the joy unfold. As part of their Gone Fishing event, Bass Pro Shops is donating over 40,000 rods and reels across the country, including more than 160 right here in Memphis, to help spark a lifelong love for the outdoors in the next generation.

Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid is celebrating National Donation Day by distributing rods and reels to youth nonprofit partners in the city. But it doesn’t stop there—you’re invited to join in on the fun, too!
